Privacy policy

1Controller

The personal data controller is Artur Antipov, Russian tax ID 772168186465 ("we"). Contact for personal data matters: phone +7 (977) 193-45-88, Telegram @secretsoundstudio.

This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and covers the secret-records.pro website.

2What data we receive

• your name;
• your phone number;
• the site section the request was sent from;
• technical request data (IP address, time) — only to protect the form from spam;
• Yandex Metrica data: cookies and de-identified information about page visits and actions on the site.

We do not collect passport details, payment details or other special categories of data.

3Why

The only purpose of processing form data is to contact you about your request: find a time and discuss the job and price. Metrica data is used for traffic statistics and improving the site.

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and do not sell it.

4Legal basis — your consent

We process data based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form before sending. Without it the request is not sent. Consent covers collecting, recording, storing, using, transferring (within section 5), deleting and destroying the data from section 2 for the purpose in section 3.

5How requests are handled

• the request is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to a server that operates the site on our behalf (Otree.pro);
• the name, phone number and request text are first recorded in a database in Yandex Cloud in Russia (Yandex Managed Service for YDB, region ru-central1) and are deleted from it as soon as they reach our work chat (automatically after 30 days if delivery failed); the site server keeps only the request number and delivery status;
• the server forwards the request to our work chat in Telegram;
• only the people handling studio requests have access to the work chat.

We do not share your data with third parties, except those operating the site and communications on our behalf and cases required by law. Servers and Telegram may be located outside Russia; by sending a request you agree to such cross-border transfer.

6Retention

Request data is kept in the work chat while needed to contact you and work on your order, but no longer than 3 years from the request date, or until you withdraw consent. It is then deleted.

7Your rights and withdrawing consent

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent — call +7 (977) 193-45-88 or message Telegram @secretsoundstudio. We reply within 10 business days. After you withdraw consent we delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

You may also contact the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or a court.

8Security

Data travels only over encrypted connections, is not kept on the server after delivery, and access to the work chat is restricted. We take reasonable measures, but are not liable for leaks caused by circumstances beyond our control, including a compromised device or failures of third-party services.

9Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
